主要研究领域与成果

1.根际微生物,研究根际微生物与植物生长发育的相互作用,挖掘功能微生物组,微生物的重要功能模块、相关代谢通路等。

2.微生物生物反应器,运用微生物发酵、蛋白表达纯化与结构功能分析等分子生物学方法,开发蛋白酶制剂。

主持北京市自然科学基金项目2项,作为任务负责人,负责国家重点研发项目1项、国家转基因专项1项,主持企业横向课题2项,主持基础科研业务费1项,参加国家973、国家重点研发计划项目、国家转基因专项各1项;发表文章100余篇,以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文40余篇,其中,1篇发表在Nature期刊。累积影响因子大于100,主编著作11部,副主编著作9部。获批国家发明专利4项,国际PCT专利1项,申请国家发明专利13项,实现专利技术成果转让5项,获得转让经费240万元。

2.国家重点研发计划课题:高效生物固氮回路的设计与系统优化,最小固氮酶基因簇创建及其底盘适配机制,2020/1-2024/12,101万,在研,任务负责人。

3.横向课题:RAA技术快速检测监控体系的优化,2019/1-2022/1,30万,已结题,主持。

4.北京市基金:拟南芥长链脂肪醇氧化酶(AtFao4b)增强植物抗冷的机制研究,2016年1月至2017年12月,8万,已结题,主持。

5.横向课题:重组酶介导的核酸常温系统的建立,2016年1月至2017年12月,40万,已结题,主持。

6.国家“973”计划,2010CB126504,固氮酶在非豆科植物中的固氮活性研究,2010/01-2014/12,126万,已结题,骨干参加。

7.转基因生物新品种培育重大专项,2009ZX08004-003B,大豆抗胞囊线虫分子育种,2009/01-2011/12,260万,已结题,骨干参加。

8.国家转基因专项,2008ZXOBO09-003,大豆丝氨酸乙醛酸转氨酶基因的克隆和功能研究,2008/01-2010/12,50万,已结题,任务负责人。
